  The website is not user friendly when it comes to setting up paperless payments. I've lived in 5 different counties in Virginia now and this is by far the worst one for paying utility bills. It's nearly impossible to tell if you're going to pay the correct amount on a scheduled payment.They charge you a fee to pay them via credit card. Guess I have to go old-school and I'll pay my bill by mail.

  I am very thankful to have found Attorney Robert Weed and his staff. To say that he is an expert in what he does is an understatement. He not only helps you get through the pain that is bankruptcy, he advocates for consumer rights, making sure that you are not taken advantage of during and after the process. I don't think any other attorney in Northern VA can compare to him. He has convenient locations across the DMV, which is a huge plus. The Stafford location, and in particular my paralegal AJ, were a perfect fit for me. AJ is professional and very knowledgable. She is an extremely hard worker and incredibly thorough. I know that if I have any questions or need any information, she will come through for me. She worked hard to get my case filed when I had to do it urgently and without complain. She eased my fears and calmed me down when necessary. To sum it up, AJ is outstanding! Mr. Weed's other attorney, Denise is also a tremendously talented person to have on your side! I really appreciated her help and support at the actual hearing. She also fights for consumer rights and she is a force to be reckoned with--definitely someone you want in your corner. Mr. Weed is the best and has surrounded himself with the best people. If you are looking for an honest and professional attorney with a great team behind him, choose Mr. Weed. Do not waste your time with anyone else. Do not be tempted by lower attorney fees because it is well worth it in the end to hire him. If you are honest with Mr. Weed, and do all the "homework" he assigns, your bankruptcy will be successfully filed and discharged.

  This particular office is very unreliable and unprofessional. I set an appointment and after waiting an hour after the scheduled appointment time I still had to wait. A once longtime customer, now I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with H&R block.

  My child attended for less then a month. Upon visiting and signing your child up, you are required to sign a contract with them agreeing to pay for 2 months. My child was violently scared of the place showing us something was severely wrong. We talked with another parent of a child in the same class who expressed similar concerns and was going to switch classes. Our child was not given the option to switch since there was no room and multiple other children were moved. We explained we didn't believe we should have to pay more tuition since we were pulling out because of an issue in the facility. The assistant principal said we could do it. When we received a bill, we went in and waited an hour and a half while the principal took others who came in after us and helped them (new customers). We explained the situation and she said she couldn't help us and that we would have to pay. We called corporate who said they would handle it and we wouldn't have to pay. One year later, they turned us into collections without one bill or notice that we owed money. I am not sure which is more upsetting, the reaction my child who is use to a daycare environment or the financial hardship they put on us by dinging our credit. Shame on them for not handling both issues professionally and for not removing staff who made children fear even turning onto 610 knowing he was going there. My child has thrived at other day care centers and is very happy. Please do your homework before making the same mistake I did.
